As providers of our unique Social Emotional Learning (SEL) platform for educators to inspire young people to unleash their SEL capacity and equip them with positive behavior skills to reach their full potential in school, work, and life, we believe that this can only be done in an inclusive and diverse environment. Our focus and intent is to create spaces where all people feel respected and valued. This guides our principles and defines our relationships with all with whom we are privileged to interact. Our goal is to build a generation of learners who champion racial equity, value different backgrounds, and celebrate differences and unique perspectives.
