Meet Our Team
Dr. Arthur Garner, Jr. - President
Dr. Garner has been leading TrueSuccess since 2020 after a successful 24-year career in K-12 education, both as teacher and principal. He brings vast leadership experience, an acute understanding of students’ long-term SEL needs, his skills as a sharp analyst and his inspiring demeanor to every situation.
Austin Riebel - Vice President of Curriculum and Implementation
Austin spent 17 years as an acclaimed middle school and elementary special-ed teacher before joining TrueSuccess full-time in 2015. His exceptional rapport with teachers and administrators is just another reason why schools choose to continue their use of TrueSuccess from year-to-year. He is fully engaged to ensure that each educator’s use of our program is impactful, and he leads our content team in the development of new lessons each year.

Content Team
Tracy Carpenter - After spending 33 years teaching little ones in grades K-2, Tracy is excited about starting her 2nd year as an Early Literacy Coach. She is a champion for both developmentally appropriate practices for our youngest learners and equality for all learners. In her leisure time, Tracy loves to camp in her tiny teardrop camper along with her husband and 3 dogs. On the side, she paints tiny works of art on stones she finds all over Michigan—while camping of course!
Caroline Dufendach - Caroline spent 5 years in the classroom teaching Spanish before switching over to her full time role as “mom”. After a few years dedicated to that, she joined the TrueSuccess team to help write content, specifically the literacy component. She is passionate about young learners and is thrilled to have the chance to impact them, even while not in a full time teaching position currently. She loves the Spanish language and culture and enjoys watching her own daughters learn the language through a Spanish immersion program at their school. In her free time she loves to garden, go on bike rides with her family and volunteer at church in the kids ministry.
Anna Limbeck - Anna is a 5th grade teacher in her twelfth year. Throughout her career, she has taught students in upper elementary and middle school. It is her goal to empower young people by helping them discover their capabilities through the special gifts they possess. When she is not working, you’ll find her at her sewing machine, traveling with her husband to new and known places, and enjoying the great outdoors!
